Salads and something else
In 2015 I came to live in Santiago, which meant a change in my habits, including eating, since I began to live alone and therefore only depended on me if I ate. Everything changed much more in 2018, when I was diagnosed and informed that I was celiac, therefore I could not consume products with gluten.
That diagnosis meant that he stopped eating in other places or ordering any type of food as he had done until then. From there I started to cook much more and my favorite food is salads accompanied by cuscús.
I don't know if it has a specific name but at least I prepare lettuce, paprika, tomato, onion, I add chicken and finally the cuscús. The chicken can also be replaced by the tuna, both options are very tasty and the best thing is that they are gluten free.
I admire your ability to change your habits after your diagnosis, especially in a context where the food offer is very limited and expensive for celiacs!
ResponderEliminarCongratulations! Changing habits is a good decision but it is really difficult. Your recipe is simple and tasty.
